Public Law 119-21: Federal Policy Changes and Project 2025 Overlap

Public Law 119-21 is a wide-ranging federal reconciliation law enacted on July 4, 2025. While it is not the Project 2025 document itself, it includes policy changes in many areas our members may want to review carefully, including SNAP, Medicaid, Medicare, taxes, student loans, immigration, energy, environmental programs, and federal agency funding.
